Annyeong hashimnikka

i'm planning to apply for "Nursing" in your university and to do so i need some information such as:

1. the qualifications/degrees you need ( including the age limit allowing me to apply ).

2. fees.

3. time of apply and how to do so.

a very important question, since i'm a non english student do i need to have TOEFL or any other similar degrees?
